Claim Programs allow users to claim credits linked to assignments, certificates, or seminars they have completed. You can configure which credits are added to your program, how many credits can be claimed, and even collect feedback from claimers.
Setting Up a Claim Program
- From the Home page, select Education.
- Click the Create New Program button.

Configuring Claim Program Details
- Click Edit to customize the program details:
- Name: Enter a name for the program.
- Description: Customize the description using the rich text editor.
- Category: Assign an existing category or create a new one.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

Configuring Access and Restrictions
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
- Set the Beginning and End dates for the Claim Program.
- Configure User Restrictions:
- By default, Anyone can claim is enabled.
- Click + Add Restriction to define custom access rules.

Feedback Template
Feedback Templates allow users to provide information when claiming credits. At least one feedback template is required.
- Click Create next to Feedback Template.
- Click Add Field to add custom questions.
- Click Save to finalize the template.

Ratings
This feature allows you to collect feedback on claimable items within your Education Program using a rating scale.
- From the desired program, click View.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
- Locate the Ratings section and toggle ON to enable it.

Verification
This feature allows you to set verification criteria to determine if a user qualifies to claim credits.
- From Home, select Education.
- Navigate to the desired education program and click View.
- Select the Settings tab, then scroll down and click Edit.
- Under the Verification section, enable verification to configure the following options

Certification
In this section, you can configure how certifications will be granted in your Education Program.

Actions
Status actions can be performed to change the status of the program.
- Copy Program
- Activate Program.
- Pause Program.
