Configure the Certification
In this section, you can configure how certifications will be granted in your Education Program.
1. Specify the Submit Behavior
Choose how claims should be submitted:
- User has to confirm submission of all claims: The user must manually submit all collected claims at once for all attended sessions.
- Submit each claim immediately: Each claim is automatically submitted as soon as it is made.
2. Submit Actions
Grant Credits to Impexium: Regardless of the submit behavior configuration, all credit claims will be written to the integrated AMS provider within the user's certificate records. Do not modify the reference unless advised by support.
3. Admin Notification Emails
Specify email addresses to receive notifications for claiming actions in the Education Program.
4. Provider Certificate Overrides
Default: No overrides configured. This setting allows overriding credit providers' templates for this event.
By default, the program will use the respective providers' templates. To configure a custom credit provider template, refer to this article.
5. Save Changes
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your configurations.
