Configure Verification for Claiming Education Credits

This feature allows you to set verification criteria to determine if a user qualifies to claim credits.

Configuring Verification

  1. From Home, select Education.
  2. Navigate to the desired education program and click View.

  3. Select the Settings tab, then scroll down and click Edit.
  4. Under the Verification section, enable verification to configure the following options:

Verification Settings

  • Verification Max Attempts: Sets the number of retries allowed before the claimer can no longer attempt to claim the credit.
  • Verification Passing Score (Percentage): Defines the minimum percentage of correct answers required in the verification template for successful claiming.

  • Custom Messages:
    • Message for Failed Claim Attempts
    • Message for Successful Claims
    • Message for All Claim Attempts Failed
  • Claimable Item Template: A verification template must be configured under the claimable item. More details can be found here.
  • Claimer must have attended the linked session: Specifies that attendance at a specific session in the Conference Manager module is required to confirm attendance and claim the credit. For configuring session attendance thresholds, refer here.

Important Notes

  • Speakers cannot claim credits from their own session: This setting prevents speakers from claiming credits for sessions they are assigned to.
  • WYSIWYG Editor Limitation: The editor for custom messages does not support lengthy links or embedded images.
