Create a Speaker Feedback Template

Speaker Templates allow you to collect feedback on speakers leading sessions. They can be integrated into the Verification Template to streamline feedback collection and attendance verification in a single form.

Creating a Speaker Template

  1. Go to the Home page and select Education.
  2. Click View next to the desired Claim Program.
  3. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  4. Scroll down and click Edit.
  5. In the Feedback section, toggle Use Users ON.

  6. Update the label for the speaker field if necessary.
  7. Under Speaker Template, click Create.
  8. Click Add Field to start customizing the template.
  9. After adding all required fields, click Save.

Example Speaker Template

Speaker Templates consist of form fields that collect structured feedback on speaker performance. Below is an example of how to set up a basic feedback form.

  1. Click View All Field Types to see available form fields.
  2. Click Add Field and select Slider.
  3. Label the field as “Relevancy of Speaker Topic”.
  4. Click Add Field and select Yes/No.
  5. Enter the question “Would you recommend this speaker for next year’s conference?”.
  6. Click Save to finalize the template.

You have now successfully added a Speaker Template!
