Configure Ratings
This feature allows you to collect feedback on claimable items within your Education Program using a rating scale.
Enabling Ratings
- From the desired program, click View.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
- Locate the Ratings section and toggle ON to enable it.
Configuring Rating Options
Once enabled, you can set the following options:
- Ratables Label: The label used to reference the ratables list when displayed.
- Ratables Scale: Assigns a value to the ratings in session education credit claims.

Ratables can be configured on a per-item basis when editing claimable items under the Claimable Items tab.Related Articles
