Configure Feedback Template

Feedback Templates are used by users to complete their claim for credit(s). These templates can be as simple or as complex as needed, but a minimum of one field is required for users to submit a claim.

Creating a Feedback Template

  1. Go to the Settings tab of the desired program.
  2. Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
  3. Locate the Feedback section and click Create next to Feedback Template.

  4. Click Add Field to begin configuring the template.

Field Configuration Options

  • Add as many fields as needed for the information to be collected.
  • Click View all field types for more options and detailed descriptions of their use.
  • Click Save to finalize the template configuration.

Importing an Existing Feedback Template

Instead of creating a new template, you can import one from another program.

  1. Click Import instead of Create.

  2. Search for the program you are importing from by name.
  3. Click Copy to import the template.

Additional Configuration Options

  • Use Users → Enable this to assign specific users to corresponding Feedback Templates.
  • Items Label → This label will be attached to each claim.
  • Claim Label → The text displayed on the button users click to submit a claim.
  • (Optional) Speaker Template → Use this to collect feedback on specific speakers leading sessions.

Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply changes.

Editing a Feedback Template

  1. Go to the Settings tab and click Edit at the bottom of the page.
  2. Locate the Feedback section and click Edit next to Feedback Template.

  3. In the pop-up window, click Edit to update, add, or remove fields.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  5. Click Save again at the bottom of the main settings page.
