Program Actions

  1. On the Home page, select Education.
  2. From the Programs tab, locate the desired Education Program and click View.
  3. Select the Settings tab.

  4. Locate the Actions section and choose the appropriate option:
    1. Activate Claiming: Opens the program for claiming and makes it live.
    2. Pause Claiming: Temporarily stops the program claiming process.
    3. Copy Program: Creates a duplicate of the program for future use.
    4. Archive Program: Moves the program to an archived state, making it invisible to administrators once closed.
    5. Unarchive Program: Restores an archived program to a paused state before claiming is enabled.
    6. Delete Program: Permanently removes the program and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
