Bulk email to Participants

  1. From the Home page, click Competitions.
  2. Select the desired competition, then click View.
  3. On the Performances tab, find the Performance Group whose participants you want to message, then click View.

Note: If performance groups are disabled in this competition, you’ll go directly to the list of performances.

  1. Select some or all participants by clicking the checkboxes next to their names.

  1. With participants selected, the Bulk Action button becomes available. Click it and choose Email.
  2. In the Send E-mail window, pick your recipient group: Applicants only or All Participants.
  3. Enter a Subject and a Body for your message. Type @ to insert placeholders, then click or press TAB to confirm.
  4. Optional: By default, Send me a Copy is checked. Uncheck it if you don’t need a copy.

  5. Click Send.
  6. You’ll see a confirmation message once the emails have been sent.
