Bulk email Speakers

As an Administrator, you can quickly communicate with some or all speakers in your event by using the bulk messaging feature. This allows you to send important updates, reminders, or instructions without drafting individual emails for each speaker.


Sending a Message to Speakers

  1. From the event dashboard, navigate to Speakers.
  2. Select the speakers you want to contact by checking the box next to their names.
    To message everyone, check the box next to Speaker at the top of the list.

  1. Once the speakers have been selected, click on the Bulk Action button and choose Send Custom Message.

  2. Compose your message in the editor. When ready, click Send to deliver it to the selected speakers.
    You can use Placeholders with the "@" symbol, such as Speaker name and Event name, to automatically insert personalized information based on each attendee's information.

  1. After sending, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the emails were successfully delivered.

Tips

  • Use clear subject lines so speakers can quickly understand the purpose of the message.
  • Keep messages concise and include key dates or actions when necessary.
  • If sending multiple messages, consider grouping them by topic to avoid overwhelming recipients.
