Bulk Send Invitations to Speakers
As an administrator, you can send invitation emails to event speakers at any time. These invitations include a direct link to the event where speakers can complete their check-in, update their profile, and (if enabled) make changes to their assigned sessions. This feature helps ensure that speakers have quick access to the event platform and the tools they need to prepare.

Sending Invitations to Speakers
- From the desired event, go to Speakers.
- Select the speakers you want to invite by checking the box next to their names.
To invite all speakers, check the box at the top next to Speaker.

- Once the speakers are selected, the Bulk Action button will become available.
Click Bulk Action and select Send Invitation.

- In the pop-up window, click Send Invitations Now to deliver the emails.
