Granting access to Slayte to develop your mobile app
|
Welcome! This article serves as an informative guide to the Slayte Mobile App Intake Form, designed to help you understand the requirements and processes for developing and launching your white-labeled event app. By providing the necessary details, you ensure a smooth and efficient app creation process.
Important Considerations:
- The approval process with Apple and Google can take 4-6 weeks, so we strongly encourage early submission to prevent delays.
- You can save your progress at any time by clicking “Save Draft” (located at the top right) and return later to complete the form.

Developer Accounts
Your mobile app requires active Apple and Google Developer Accounts for publishing. Here's how to proceed based on your current status:
Inviting Slayte's Developer Account (If You Already Have Accounts)
If your organization already possesses developer accounts for both Apple and Google, please invite Slayte's developer account to your respective consoles. Use the following details for the invitation:
For Apple Developer Console: Access your Apple Developer Console by following this link. Grant Slayte's account admin privileges under the appropriate section. An invitation will be sent, and we will confirm its receipt with your project owner.
For Google Developer Console: Create an app with your desired name within the console. In the left navigation bar, navigate to "Users and permissions" and select "Invite User" to add Slayte's account. More detailed instructions can be found here.
Creating Apple and Google Developer Accounts (If You Need to Create Them)
If you need to create developer accounts, please note that this process can take up to four weeks to complete if a D-U-N-S number is not readily available. We highly recommend completing this as soon as possible to avoid publishing delays.
Apple Developer Account Creation:
- Create an Apple ID: You can create an Apple ID here (disregard if your organization already has one).
- Obtain a D-U-N-S Number: Apple requires a D-U-N-S number for organizational accounts. If you don't have one, begin the process here. This may take up to five business days.
- Enroll as an Organization Developer: With your D-U-N-S number, enroll as an organization developer here. This typically takes up to two business days.
- Invite Slayte: Once your account is fully set up, access your Apple Developer Console here and invite Slayte’s account (dev@slayte.com) with admin privileges. An invitation will be sent, completing the process.
|
Google Developer Account Creation:
- Create Google Developer Account: Begin by creating a Google Developer Account here.
- Access Play Developer Console: Once registered, go to the Play Developer Console here.
- Create App: Click "Create app". Enter a desired App Name, e.g., "Slayte Event". Select "App" and "Free," then confirm agreements. Click "Create App".
- Invite Slayte: In the left navigation bar, click on “Users and permissions” and then “Invite User”.
