Issue Submitting to a Call

As a first step, we recommend accessing the site using Google Chrome for the best experience.

If you receive an error message when attempting to submit, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are submitting within the Call’s deadline.
  2. Verify that you have completed all required fields on the submission form.
  3. Ensure your text inputs follow any minimum or maximum character/word limits specified for each field.

If you’ve confirmed all the above and are still encountering an error, please email the following details to support@slayte.com:

  • Which browser are you using?
  • Which operating system are you using?
  • How did you navigate to the page where the error appears (can you share a link)?
  • Is there a specific action that causes the error?
  • Can you include a screenshot of the error message?
