Import Event Sessions as Claimable Items

You can import some or all sessions from an event into your Education Program to be used as claimable items. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Educations and click the Claimable Items tab.
  2. Click the ellipsis button on the right, then select Import Sessions.

  3. Search for the event by name from which you want to import sessions.

  1. Select the session(s) to import. You can use the search bar to find sessions by name or filter them by Categories.

  1. Complete the session mapping and click Link.

Editing Imported Items

Once added, you can Edit the claimable item to include:

  • Credits
  • External ID (Optional)

You also have the option to unlink the session:

  • If unlinked, the current item remains unchanged, but future updates from the session will no longer apply.
  • After unlinking, you can modify the Name, Description, and Date.
