Impexium integration streamlines conference management by connecting registration, attendees, agendas, speakers, and sponsors into a single, unified platform.
By integrating with Impexium, Slayte reduces manual data entry and eliminates duplication; this improves accuracy and operational efficiency. The integration enables real-time data exchange, helping organizers make informed decisions and meet attendee, sponsor, and speaker expectations. It also supports third-party tools like payment gateways and email marketing platforms, allowing for a broader, more flexible setup.
In short, integrating Impexium with Slayte helps deliver a streamlined and professional event experience within one ecosystem.
Single Sign-On (SSO) – Attendees, reviewers, and other users can log in to Slayte using their existing Impexium credentials; no need to create a separate Slayte account.
Embedded Experience – Slayte integrates via API directly into Impexium, appearing natively within the platform for staff users and maintaining a seamless user experience.
Capture Impexium Profile Fields – Admins can manually map Impexium profile fields into Slayte forms to auto-fill or display user-specific data during calls (submissions) or event registration processes.
User Search – While filling out forms, users can search and select co-authors, nominees, or other individuals directly from your Impexium user database. This helps prevent duplicate profiles and ensures data consistency.
Query Slayte from Impexium – All submissions and reviews collected in Slayte are queryable within Impexium. Admins can pull this data into Dashboards using Custom Data Tables.
Slayte-to-Impexium Write-Back – After event scheduling is finalized in Slayte, sessions can be pushed back to Impexium as official event sessions. Admins choose which fields to map for export, ensuring accurate session records across both systems.
Field Write-Back – In addition to sessions, certain field values collected in Slayte forms can be written back to user profiles in Impexium. Admins configure which fields to sync.
Admins can configure form and session access based on a user's profile information stored in Impexium. These restrictions help control eligibility for submissions or registrations. When a user doesn’t meet the criteria, a custom message can be shown to explain why access is limited.
Restrictions can be based on any of the following criteria:
