Export Closely Scheduled Competitors

Export Closely Scheduled Competitors

This report lists all competitors in open competitions whose assigned performance time slots are too close together, meaning the gap between performances is equal to or less than the duration of one performance.

  1. From the Home page, go to Competitions.
  2. Select one or multiple competitions as needed.
  3. Click Show Reports.

  1. From the pop-up menu, select Closely Scheduled Competitors.

  1. In the pop-up window, you’ll see a preview of the list. This includes:
    • Competitor’s Name
    • Competition Name
    • Performance Time Slot
    • Link to Group
    Click Export to generate the report.

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation message. Click Download Report to save the file.
