Swoogo

By connecting to Swoogo, your event data—such as sessions, speakers, and registrants—can be imported into Slayte to power app-based schedules, personalized agendas, and attendee profiles. Updates made in Swoogo reflect within the Slayte-powered app, ensuring your users always see the most current information.

Features

Attendee Sync – Automatically pull registered attendees from Swoogo into your app’s attendee list, allowing personalized app experiences.

Session Sync – All sessions created in Swoogo are synced into the Slayte app, making it easy to create interactive schedules and agendas.

Speaker Profiles – Speaker information from Swoogo can be imported and displayed with bios, headshots, and linked sessions in the app.

Real-time Updates – The integration supports near real-time updates so any changes made in Swoogo (sessions, speaker info, etc.) are reflected promptly in the app.

Check-in & Engagement Tools – Optionally, check-in data and engagement features (e.g. session feedback, polls, etc.) from the app can be exported back for reporting.

Common Use Cases

  • Organizations using Swoogo to manage event logistics but want a branded app experience for attendees.
  • Providing in-app schedules, personalized agendas, and live updates during the event.
  • Displaying real-time session and speaker details pulled from Swoogo without duplicate setup.

Setup & Customization

The Swoogo integration is set up by your Slayte implementation team during app configuration. You’ll be asked to provide Swoogo API credentials and specify which data points to sync. From there, mappings are customized based on your event’s structure.

If you require additional fields or want to send data back to Swoogo, these options can be scoped during onboarding.
