Roles control what users see and do in Slayte. Assign one or more roles to a user to give them the appropriate level of access. A user with no roles has limited access to public-facing features only.
Super Admin: full access to all modules, all Admin Settings, and every user account on the platform. Assign this role only to platform administrators.
Call Admin: full access to the Calls module for all calls on the platform. Call Admins create calls, manage submissions, configure review templates, and run communication workflows.
Submitter: access to submit to calls the user is eligible for. This is the standard role for participants in your programs.
Reviewer: access to review submissions assigned to the user. Reviewers see only the submissions assigned to them and cannot access call settings or other submissions.
Event Admin: full access to the Events module, including sessions, speakers, registration, and attendee management.
Competition Admin: full access to the Competitions module, including stages, performances, judging, and reporting.
Grant Admin: full access to the Grants module.
Reach Admin: full access to the Reach module.
Roles are assigned from a user's profile page. See Manage User Permissions for step-by-step instructions.
