Release Notes 07/05/2024

New Features:

  • Admin Enhancements for administrators to manually register attendees through the web interface, including bulk registration options.
  • Administrators can now merge users directly within Slayte, combining user data into a single profile. This feature allows selecting a primary contact and consolidates linked AMS profiles.
  • E-Commerce:
    • Released a new e-commerce feature allowing the implementation of advanced payment rules with Stripe, Impexium, and more. This includes invoice tracking, multiple items, pricing rules, discounts, and other enhancements.
    • End users can now print a new “Print Summary” page.
  • Slayte Native Login:
    • Administrators can now reset passwords and send password reset links to end users.
  • Administrators can now designate fields to pre-populate with details from the submitter’s previous submission.
  • Submission form fields can now have a description associated with them to provide further context to the submission fields and form.
  • Push Notification Schedule:
    • Administrators can now designate a specific time and day to schedule push notifications.
    • Administrators have the ability to “send now” push notifications that have been scheduled.
    • Scheduled push notifications can be edited before they are sent.
    • (Push notifications are based on the event’s timezone).

Fixes and Improvements:

Web

  • Fixed an issue causing submitter drafts to display server fields as “No Permissions.”
  • Added a new export feature for non-registered attendees only.
  • Custom pages linking to other parts of Slayte now pass login authentication tokens, for example, the Educations or Submissions modules.
  • Addressed an issue that would display submission details for administrators when viewing on a mobile device browser.
  • Speaker details are now displayed in sub-sessions.
  • Conflict Detection in Events will no longer flag a conflict if the same speaker is within the same session.
  • Included tags for easier adjustment of CSS styling on the web platform.
  • Added “Free” and “Bill Me” payment options for E-Commerce.
  • Several improvements for E-Commerce.
  • Call Chairs and Call Administrators can now pay invoices or orders on behalf of end users.
  • Addressed an issue where looking up an Impexium profile would fail if the current linked external profile does not exist.
  • Addressed an issue that would truncate the attendee/speaker export if a user was deleted through external means.
  • Improved Stripe invoice generation.
  • Administrators can now edit field restrictions and mapped server fields connected data fields.
  • Addressed an issue that would display “Invalid Date” in speaker check-in if the session was not assigned a date.
  • Further Stripe integration improvements.

Mobile

  • Improved the session detail descriptions drawer.
  • The “Share” session details button can now be disabled.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Participate” button would overlap with the session description.
  • The Attendee Floor Map now displays a bubble with the venue/location full display text.
  • Adjusted session detail enrollment requirements based on the administrator setting under “conference.”
