This release delivers important updates to attendee reporting, session management, and competition exports. It enhances staff usability on-site and streamlines exported data formats for easier analysis and use.
Updated Attendee Exports:
The “Attendees Not Checked In” report has been deprecated. Two new fields—isChecked
and isNetworking
—have been added to the Attendees export to consolidate reporting and reduce redundancy.
Enhanced Competition Reports:
Ranking data is now included in competition reports where applicable, such as for Semi-Finalists and Winners. Reports now use a standardized display format of Company Name, State, and Participant Name. A new “Group” social media report type was also added, featuring organization names instead of individual student names.
Session Filter Search:
Onsite staff in session management mode now have access to a text search filter within the session filter menu. This allows faster navigation and overrides pre-applied filters to locate past sessions quickly.
Session Summary View:
While scanning sessions in staff mode, a new summary view displays key session details including scheduled dates, improving context during event operations.
Restricted Session Status:
For sessions with access restrictions, the lock icon and enrollment status now correctly reflect whether a user has been marked as enrolled or attended. This provides clarity for both staff and attendees.
UI Fixes:
The button overlap issue on the “Configure Sessions” screen has been resolved for both Android and iOS devices, improving visual consistency and usability.
