Novi AMS integration helps streamline event and submission workflows by connecting your Slayte platform with Novi’s membership and user data.
By integrating Novi AMS, your team can reduce duplicate data entry, enforce eligibility requirements based on live member data, and ensure a smoother experience for users across calls (submissions) and events (sessions). Administrators can embed Slayte into Novi, capture member profile fields directly into forms, and sync sessions back to Novi after scheduling.
This integration also supports real-time field data access during form completion, and administrators have full control over how data flows between both platforms.
Single Sign-On – Users can log in to Slayte using their existing Novi AMS credentials.
Embedded Experience – Slayte operates inside Novi AMS using API-based embedding, allowing users to work within one consistent interface.
Capture Novi Profile Fields – Admins can pull and map user profile data from Novi into Slayte forms and submission workflows as needed.
User Search – Quickly search for co-authors or collaborators using live data from your Novi AMS database.
Query Slayte from Novi – Submission and review data from Slayte is available in Novi dashboards via custom data tables.
Slayte-to-Novi Write-Back – Finalized session schedules in Slayte can be written back to Novi as event sessions. This is typically done once scheduling is complete, with the specific fields mapped by the admin.
Administrators can limit access to forms and sessions based on live Novi AMS data. Restrictions are configured manually per form or session, and can include:
Item Purchased – Restrict access to users who purchased a specific product or ticket in Novi.
Member Category – Only allow submission or participation from users with specific membership categories.
Member Status – Limit access to active members only, or optionally allow non-members.
Committee Position – Require users to hold a certain role within at least one committee in Novi.
Region – Restrict access based on the user’s geographical location data from Novi.
Relationship Type – Allow only users with specific relationship types to interact with the form or session.
Event Registration – Only allow users who are registered for a specific event in Novi to submit or participate (using an event code).
Admins can also configure custom messages to display when a user is ineligible (e.g. “Only Committee Members can access this form”).
