Mange Submissions Views

When managing submissions during a call, the default information and columns displayed might not include all the details you need.
To address this, there is a feature that allows you to configure and save distinct views tailored to your preferences.

Manage Fields & Results

To organize the submissions view and modify or rearrange which fields are visible, you can follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the Submissions tab and click on "Customize View".

  2. The Query Configuration pop-up window will appear. Here, you can add new filter criteria, reorganize existing fields, or add new fields to your view.
  3. To add a new field, click on "Add Result Field". A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select from predefined fields or choose a field from the submission forms.
  4. To add filters, click on "Add Filter Criterium". A dropdown menu will appear for you to select the field you want to filter by.
  5. After selecting a field, the filtering options for that field will be displayed in a dropdown menu.

  6. When you are satisfied with your configuration, click on the "Apply" button. The tab will refresh and display the updated view.
    The report section will refresh with the new configuration.

Manage Views

Save a New View

You can save your customized view and create different views based on the information you want to see. To save a view, please follow these steps:
  1. In the Submissions section, click on the three dots () in the upper-right corner:
  2. Select "Save View As" from the dropdown menu:
  3. A pop-up window will appear where you can name your current view. You also have the option to set this view as the default when you first open the call and to share this view with other admin users:

Load a View

To load a different view, follow these steps:
  1. In the Submissions section, click on the three dots () in the upper-right corner:
  2. Select "Load View" from the dropdown menu:
  3. A pop-up window will display the list of available views:

    Here, you can also rename, set as default, or share the view with other admin users.
