Event Module Branding Configuration
Effective branding is essential for the success of any event; the Home or Overview page of your event website presents an excellent opportunity to showcase brand identity and convey essential information. This page combines several key elements to create a cohesive experience.
Home/Overview Event Page
The "Overview" page serves as the primary landing page for your event attendees once they've registered and logged into the Slayte Event platform. Here, you can configure several visual elements to brand your event.
- Header Banner: This banner displays across all areas of the conference website; abstract images are recommended. Recommended size: Height: 300px; Width: 1500px; or a higher-resolution 5:1 aspect ratio; a solid color is also acceptable.
- Title of the event: The event title used throughout the platform.
- Subtitle: A concise subtitle for your event.
- List logo: This logo accompanies the title and subtitles throughout your event.
Width: 75px; Height: 75px; PNG format is recommended. - Overview banner: This banner provides an additional visual representation of your event. You can use it for your conference branding or to display other important event information. Width: 1200px or higher; Height: 300px; or a higher resolution image with a 4:1 aspect ratio.
- Sponsor Logos: Placement of sponsor logos around the platform based on configuration; see Exhibitors and Companies for details.
- Description: A rich HTML content area for welcome videos, feature highlights, or images.
Overview Page Description
The description field offers a feature-rich WYSIWYG editor with full HTML/CSS support; it not only lets you craft styled text and formatted lists but also embed images and custom code snippets. Use it to welcome attendees with a branded banner or personalized greeting; insert a looping background video or an embedded keynote trailer to set the tone. With advanced styling controls and media integration, this versatile editor ensures your event page makes a memorable first impression.

Event List Logo
When attendees access your event from the "Events" landing page, you can
customize the event tile with a specific logo.
Width: 300 px; Height: 360 px; PNG format recommended.

Configuring Event Branding in your Event
- From the Home page select Events from the tile or from the left panel

Select the desired event

Select General

Scroll down to the Platform branding section

Choose if using header color or header image by selecting bullet next to desired option

If Header color, click in the box to select desired color

If Header image, drag and drop image to upload image bracket or click in field to open File Explorer

*Please note, 1500px X 300px is recommended for best results.
- Select List and Logo image(s) by dragging and dropping into image field or click in image field to open File Explorer to add image(s)

- Select Overview Page Style Select an Overview Banner Image by dragging and dropping into image field or click in image field to open File Explorer to add image(s)

- Select SAVE to complete changes
