Edit Your Assigned Sessions

As a Speaker, you can edit your sessions before they take place to fine-tune details. Note: This option is only available if enabled by the Administrator and may be restricted to certain fields.

Steps to Edit Your Sessions:

  1. From the Home Page, navigate to Events and click the event you are assigned to.
  2. Click Speaker Home. Here, you will find all sessions assigned to you.
  3. Click Edit

    Note: A session marked as Pending means there is a required field that needs to be filled or updated.
  1. Click Manage Session.

  1. Click Edit Session to display the available fields you can modify.

    Note: The fields in this section may vary.
  1. After making your changes, click Update. You will see a confirmation message at the top of the page.
