The Domains section lets admins configure a custom domain for the Slayte platform. With a custom domain, your platform URL uses your organization's domain instead of the default Slayte subdomain.
Enter your desired domain or subdomain in the Custom Domain field. For example, enter submissions.yourorganization.org to use that address as your platform URL. Click Save.
After saving, Slayte displays the DNS record you need to add at your domain registrar. Add a CNAME record pointing your chosen subdomain to the Slayte target address shown on screen. DNS changes propagate within a few hours, though some registrars take up to 48 hours.
Once your DNS record is in place, return to the Domains page and click Verify. Slayte checks the DNS record and confirms the domain is active. A green status indicator appears next to the domain when verification succeeds.
