Company's Branding and Information

Each company section offers a comprehensive suite of tabs, allowing event administrators to effectively manage the branding and informational details for each participating company. These tabs include: General Info, Company Info, Company Site, Company Team, Reports, Advertisements, and Sponsored Sessions.
In this article, we'll guide you through the configuration needed for most of these tabs, ensuring your companies are well-represented on the event's platform

General Info

This tab allows you to update essential details about the company, ensuring their profile is comprehensive for attendees.

  • Tagline: A short, memorable phrase used in marketing campaigns to convey the value of a brand or its products.
  • Website: Here, you can include the company's website URL.
  • Link: An Exhibitor/Sponsor URL to display a link below the "About" section.
  • Link Title: The title you or the company would like to provide for the link.
  • Categories: Here, you can assign a previously created category. To learn more about creating categories, please visit this article: [Article on Exhibitor and Sponsor Settings Link Placeholder]
  • Description: A short description about the company to be displayed in the "About" section.
  • Social Links: Include any relevant social media links (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and others).
  • Additional Page Call to Action: This enables an additional button to redirect users to a specific site.
  • Documents: Any documents you wish to include in their profile.

Each company can also upload a Logo and a Directory Image, which will be prominently displayed on their dedicated page.

  • Logo: This is the company logo displayed on their dedicated page. Best dimensions are 100px x 100px; a transparent background PNG is recommended. Images will be resized to fit.
  • Directory Image: This image is displayed in the company's profile. Best dimensions are 400px x 400px. Images will be resized to cover the area.
The logo used on the dedicated company page shares the same dimensions as the sponsor/exhibitor logo tiles you've configured.
 

Company Site

Within this tab, you can manage how the company's site will be presented to the event attendees. This section offers a feature-rich WYSIWYG editor with full HTML/CSS support; it not only lets you craft styled text and formatted lists but also embed images and videos.
Use the toggle to switch between the edit and preview modes.



Company Team

This section allows you to configure settings related to how a company's team will interact with the attendees. You have the option to enable/disable both Chat and Contact Availability as well as to add the different company members that can access the event platform.

Reports

This section allows you to download a reports that contains information related to Chats, Downloads, Leads and Visitors the company has have during the duration of the event.

To download any of these reports, follow these steps:

  • Click Download Report at the bottom of the page.
